HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29090 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed by the sole petitioner assailing the building permission accorded to respondent No.5, vide proceedings dated 23.01.2014, by Beechupally Gram Panchayat, Itikyala Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District.

It was brought to the notice of this Court that the sole petitioner died three years ago. The matter was accordingly adjourned on 25.01.2019 to enable the learned counsel for the deceased petitioner to take steps. However, no steps have been taken till date.

As the Writ Petition abated on the death of the sole petitioner and as his legal representatives seem to have no interest in pursuing this Writ Petition, which has practically worked out itself out owing to the fact that no interim orders were granted therein, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
