This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased in the interest of justice to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action on petitioner's representation dated 02-05-2015 and on the directions given by the respondents 2 and 3 dated 03-07-2015 and 13-05-2015 respectively as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and improper while directing the 4th respondent to take necessary action immediately and to stop the activity of the respondents 6 to 8 over the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary to the petitioner's land an extent of Ac. 1.12 1⁄2 cents in survey No. 825/ 3 situated at Darimadugu Village, Idupuru Revenue Panchayat, Markapuram Mandal, Prakasam District, by considering the survey and the surveyor plan on the application for survey dated 13-03-2014 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 20-04-2016, respondent No. 4 has taken action on the representation of the petitioner dated 02-05-2015, as directed in the proceedings dated 03-07-2015 of respondent No. 2, and that with the taking of action on the representation of the petitioner, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence.
