HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK Writ Petition No.32897 of 2013 ORDER :(Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.32896 & 33790 of 2013, which were partly allowed by this court vide order dated 24.02.2022. In view of the above, by following the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.32896 & 33790 of 2013, dated 24.02.2022, the present Writ Petition also deserves to be disposed of on similar lines.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
