THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37637 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, only on the basis of the assumption that the Indian Oil Corporation, Government of India Undertaking will utilise the petitioner's land without conducting any survey and panchanama and without paying land compensation to the petitioner herein, the present Writ Petition is filed. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that no panchanama has been conducted so far in respect of the petitioner's land. It is also submitted that the respondents will definitely inform the petitioner before entering into the land and panchanama will be conducted in his presence only and that, in case the petitioner/ his representative does not turn up to the panchanama on the specified date, after prior intimation, then only panchanama will be conducted as per the Act/law.

Recording the above submissions, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
