Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. 2.

The authorization of fair price shop dealership was cancelled by order 12.03.2016. Aggrieved thereby appeal preferred against the said order was also rejected vide order dated 06.07.2016, by the appellate authority and thereafter petitioner preferred Revision. Alleging inaction in considering the interlocutory application and the Revision by the District Collector, this Writ Petition is filed.

Along with the counter affidavit, the proceedings of the District Collector, Chittoor dated 28.11.2016 is enclosed. By the said proceedings, the District Collector passed final orders rejecting the Revision and affirming the decision of the lower authorities.

In view of the final orders passed by the District Collector, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
