Petitioner's grievance is that respondents 4 and 5 are not receiving his application for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of his land and that respondents 2, 4 and 5 are not mutating his name in the revenue record in respect of his land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondents 4 and 5 will receive the application made by the petitioner for the above purpose within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and then communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such application by them. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to receive the application made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar

passbooks and title deeds in his favour and for mutation in the revenue record; and they shall consider and dispose of the same within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
