When the matter was called on 16.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 2 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
