ORDER:

The petitioner is an employee of State Government of Andhra Pradesh. The grievance agitated in the writ petition arises out of employment in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The jurisdiction of adjudication in the matters concerning the service grievances are vested in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance and ordinarily, no employee can directly invoke the jurisdiction of this Court, unless he exhausts the remedy available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
