CVNR, J & GSP, J Dt:29.8.2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of an order of a learned single Judge, whereby he has admitted Writ Petition No.11233 of 2016 and directed the same to be posted "for hearing" after Dasara vacation, 2016.

Mr. J.Sudheer, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that the learned single Judge instead of admitting the Writ Petition ought to have heard the same.

We are afraid, we cannot interfere with the discretion exercised by the learned single Judge.

As the learned single Judge has not passed any order against the interests of the appellants, we decline to interfere with the order under appeal. However, since the application filed by the appellants for interim relief has not been considered and disposed of, liberty is given to the learned counsel for the appellants to move the learned single Judge for passing appropriate orders on such application. If such request is made, we are sure, the learned single Judge will positively consider the same.

Subject to the liberty given to the learned counsel for the appellants as above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
