Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRI T OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of 3rd respondent on the petitioner's application in Form 6-(A) and the petitioner online application, dated 19.09.2016 submitted in Mee-Seva for granting Pattadar Pass book and title deed and for mutation of his name in all online land revenue records being maintained by the 3rd respondent for the petitioner agricultural land mentioned therein, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and rules framed there under and offends articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to grant Pattadar Pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner and mutate his name in all land revenue records being maintained by the 3rd respondent for the petitioner applied lands, by duly processing his aforesaid application."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd

CPK,J WP_39206_2016 respondent to consider the application dated 19.09.2016 made by the petitioner in Mee-Seva for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.184, Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.182, Ac.1.51 cents in Sy.No.17/1, Ac.0.45 cents in Sy.No.184, Ac.0.56 cents in Sy.No.179/A2, Ac.0.26 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.17/2c and 17/3, Ac.0.58 cents in Sy.No.184 and Ac.0.40 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.183 of Chattireddypalli Revenue Village in Giddaluru Mandal of Prakasam District. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the application made by the petitioner is still pending consideration, a suitable direction may be given to the respondents to dispose of the same.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application dated 19.09.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with the procedure established, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
