HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Civil Suit No.2 of 2013 Judgment:

None appeared for the plaintiff on 04.08.2017 and today also. Application No.201 of 2014 is filed stating that the defendant paid the outstanding suit amount to the plaintiff and sought dismissal of the suit. No counter affidavit is filed disputing the averments made in the said application.

In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Civil Suit, if any, shall stand closed.
