THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRL.P.No.106 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2130 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Both the cases are arising out of the same CC, and hence, they are disposed of by this common order.

Transfer Criminal Petition No.106 of 2015 is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 407 Cr.P.C., seeking to transfer CC No.114 of 2013 pending on the file of II-Special Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District to any of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile) Courts in Hyderabad or Ranga Reddy District.

Crl.R.C. No.2130 of 2014 is filed by the petitioner-accused aggrieved by the docket order, dated 13.10.2014, passed in CC No.114 of 2013 by the Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District. Heard and perused the material available on record. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

CC No.114 of 2013 pending on the file of the II-Special Mobile Court, Kukatpally at Miyapur is hereby transferred to the Court of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. The XI Metropolitan Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the

case record in the above CC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.R.C. No.2130 of 2014 submitted that in view of the order passed in Tr.Crl.P. No.106 of 2015, he is not pressing the revision case.

Recording the same, Criminal Revision Case No.2130 of 2014 is dismissed as not pressed.
