O R D E R

Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the Station House Officer, Police Station, Prohibition and Excise Charminar, Hyderabad to release him on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.393/2015-16. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that nine cases of similar nature are registered against the petitioner and he has been avoiding arrest. In one case in Crime No.525/2015-16, the application filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.14123/2016 for anticipatory bail, was dismissed by this court vide order dated 30.09.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student pursuing degree and he has been falsely implicated in these cases in the year 2015-16 and before that, no case was ever registered against him. Be that as it may. As the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner has already been rejected by this court in Crime No.525/2015-16, as noted above, he has to surrender before the court concerned.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file bail application after surrender before the court concerned. Permission is granted and the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
