When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that on 20.08.2018 the District Educational Officer, Warangal, 3rd respondent herein, has submitted proposals to the Director of School Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad, 2nd respondent herein, requesting to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, but the 2nd respondent has not yet passed orders on the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent, and that, therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Education appearing on behalf of the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent on 20.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
