THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3701 of 2012 ORDER:

On the demise of the learned counsel for the petitioner being brought to its notice, this Court, by order dated 16.08.2013, directed notice being issued to the petitioner. The note placed before this Court today shows that notice was sent to the petitioner on 20.08.2013, and was served on her on 27.08.2013; and, on verification, no vakalat/appearance had been filed till today in the Registry.

As neither has the petitioner appeared before this Court nor has she entered appearance through counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
