Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, F.I.R.No.256/2018 has been registered on the file of the II Town Police Station, Eluru, on 30.10.2018, for the alleged offences under Sections 454, 380, 465, 467, 420, 506, 427, 323 r/w 34 IPC and investigation has been taken up.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
