The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing e-pass books and making relevant entries in the revenue records in respect of the lands admeasuring Acs. 0. 03 cents in Sy No. 342/1A Acs. 3. 00 in Sy No. 342/13 Acs. 0. 81 cents in Sy. No. 342/3 Acs. 0. 66 cents and Acs. 0. 34 cents in Sy No. 342/1A and 342/3 of Karakambadi village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District and Acs. 0. 125 cents in Sy. No. 167/6 Acs. 0.89 cents in Sy No. 166/3 Acs.0. 06 cents in Sy No. 167/4 Acs. 0. 04 cents in Sy No 167/6 Acs 0 45 cents in Sy No 166/4A Acs 0 12 cents in Sy. No. 167/5A Acs. 0. 11 cents in Sy. No. 167/5B Acs. 0. 31 cents in Sy No 167/3A and 3B, Acs. 0. 15 cents in Sy. No 166/2 and Acs. 0.46 cents in Sy. No.
166/4 of Erragunta accounts Karakambadi Village Mangalam Road, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati, Chittor District, as illegal arbitrary against the order of the 15 respondent dated 25042016 contrary to the provisions of the Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith correct the revenue records and issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application on 21.06.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject lands, the 4th respondent, did not take any action so far.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 21.6.2018, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks
and title deeds in his favour for the subject lands and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
