THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20453 of 2016 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.3, in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.43 cents in Sy.No.109/1; Ac.0.02 cents in Sy.No.108/2 and Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.191/2A (total Ac.0.55 cents) situated at Ganapavaram Village, Karpalem Mandal, Tenali Division, Guntur District, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner states that the subject land originally belonged to Smt Velicharla Sarojini and, in the year 2013, the said Velicharla Sarojini sold the subject land to him for a valid consideration under registered document No.4311 of 2013 dated 02.12.2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that, though he made application before respondent No.3 for mutation of his name in the pattadar pass books and other revenue records, no orders have been passed on the said application. Hence the Writ Petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.03.2016, in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to him.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J
