HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.M.P.NO.4428 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.4133 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.64 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali, Guntur District, in connection with Crime No.193 of 2013 of Tenali III Town Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.
Pending the Criminal Petition, the de facto complainant filed Crl.MP.No.4428 of 2015 seeking permission of the Court to compound the offence in C.C.No.64 of 2015.
A2 as G.P.A.Holder of A1, A3 to A5 and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel and stated that they amicably settled the matter with the intervention of elders and well wishers. Hence, permission to be accorded to compound the offence.
Having regard to the said circumstances, the complainant is permitted to compound the offence with the accused pending criminal petition before this Court.
Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.4428 of 2015 is ordered and the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.64 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali, Guntur District. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________
