HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:21495 OF 2013 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondents Nos.4 to 7 to give the application form for the seats in management quota in C-1 Category in undergraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2013-2014 and to receive the same from the petitioner in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.136, dated 30.4.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 6.7.2013.

2. Perused the material available on record.

3. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2013. While ordering notice before admission, this Court issued an interim direction to respondents Nos.4, 6 and 7 to issue application to the petitioner for admission to MBBS course in the management quota (C.1) and receive the same, if the petitioner submits the application within the stipulated date.

4. In the above circumstances and in view of the above interim direction, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
