HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18455 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief:
"to declare that the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in processing the application submitted by the petitioner vide application No.SMU05000913, dated 7.5.2009 for mutation of land under Sy.No.2/A, admn. 4.0 acres, comprising of small well and stone fencing surrounding, situated at Barkathpally Village, Pargi Mandal, R.R.District, in the name of the petitioners, is highly illegal, arbitrary and amounts to dereliction of duties consequently this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to process the application submitted by the petitioner vide application No.SMU05000913, dated 7.5.2009, for mutation of land under Sy.No.2/A, admn.4.0 acres comprising of small well and stone fencing surrounding, situated at Barkathpally Village, Pargi Mandal, R.R District in the name of the petitioners."
2. Heard both sides.
3. Since the application filed by petitioners for mutation of their names in the revenue records by virtue of registered sale deed is pending, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
