HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37211 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.35.45 cents situated at Sy.No.118 and Ac.9.95 cents situated at Sy.No.37 situated at Echoda Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application of the petitioner was rejected as it was not submitted in the prescribed format and the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application through online seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application seeking mutation through on line enclosing the relevant documents, in respect of the subject property. On such filing, the respondent-authorities shall examine and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
