No. 510 of 2014 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) It is brought to the notice of this Court that in relation to the same Assessee, for the Assessment Year 2003-04, similar question came up for consideration before this Court in I.T.T.A No.737 of 2014 and this Court dismissed the appeal by order dated 31.12.2014.

2. Hence, the present appeal is also liable to be dismissed, and is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
