THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.43318 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in canceling the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings D.Dis.No.D1CS/1400/2015 dated 30.09.2015 as confirmed by the fourth respondent in Rc.No.K6/780/2016, dated 26.11.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.
