This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not deciding the petitioner's appeal dated 16.05.2016 presented against the rejection order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent on her Mee-Seva application No.MU011601897827, submitted for issuance of E-Pass book and online mutation in her name in web Land Revenue records for an extent of land admeasuring Ac.0.98 cents in Survey No.452, Ac.0.80 cents in Survey No.448 and Ac.0.29 cents in Survey No.456, situated in Mahadevapuram Village in Kandukur Mandal of Prakasam district. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to file appeal as per Rules by paying necessary Court fee.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file appeal by following the procedure as per rules.
In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to file appeal as per the procedure before the 2nd respondent.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if any appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.
