Registration of F.I.R.No.659 of 2012 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

When the matter is called today, on instructions, it is stated by learned Government Pleader for Home that the police have already filed charge sheet in the present case on 11-10-2013 and it was numbered as C.C.No.419 of 2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
