This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 27.11.2014 in I.A.No.118 of 2013 in OP No.1446 of 2012, whereby a petition filed under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act for grant of interim maintenance was allowed granting maintenance of Rs.5000/ - to the wife and Rs.2,000/ - to the child during pendency of the main petition filed for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. During hearing, Sri J. Mallikarjuna, learned counsel for petitioner, bright to the notice of this Court that the main OP No.1446 of 2012 was dismissed for default by the Family Court, Hyderabad, and therefore, no orders need be passed in this matter.

In view of the representation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as it becomes infructuous, in view of the dismissal of OP No.1446 of 2012.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
