THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO M.A.C.M.A. No.4125 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

In view of the letter dated 02.06.2015 submitted by Sri Naresh Byrapaneni, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this MACMA shall stand closed.
