The petitioner-in-person, who is an advocate, submits that the issue of students' suicides has already been raised in PIL No. 371 of 2013 by way of miscellaneous petition and he is advocate for the petitioner in the said PIL. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain this PIL where identical issues are raised.

PIL is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions in PIL No. 371 of 2013.
