This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.287 of 2018 pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Coringa Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 5 of COPT Act and Sections 188,270,271,272 & 273 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.").

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, this criminal petition also partly allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
