HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1829 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. In view of the prima facie material contained in the charge sheet, regarding the harassment meted out to the complainant by the accused including the petitioner/A4, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed and the petitioner/A4 has to face trial.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
