When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities and file representation.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to take recourse to appropriate alternate remedies available to him as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
