THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37237 OF 2018 ORDER :

Petitioner-firm has filed this Writ Petition assailing the inaction of the second respondent in considering its application dt.31.01.2016, for regularization of plots under unapproved layout in respect of land admeasuring Acs.6.00 guntas, in survey No.52 of Sultlanpur, H/o Mallapur Village, Balapur Mandal, Rangareddy District.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the second respondent has not taken any action on the said representation till date.

Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for second respondent, states that the second respondent will consider the said representation in accordance with law within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
