This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22121 of 2014 dated 10.12.2018 and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I has not disputed the same.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 10.12.2018 in W.P.No.22121 of 2014, this writ petition is also allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners by treating them to be from agency area and finalize the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment as Secondary Grade Teachers, with all consequential benefits. No order as to costs.
