No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.28. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gudivada, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.777 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
