THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6166 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that though he submitted an application to the 3rd respondent in Form-VI(A) on 06.11.2014 for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of lands in an extent of Ac.2-85 cents, Ac.1-00 cents, Ac.0-93 cents and Ac.0-50 cents in Survey Nos.72, 67/2, 39/1 and 65/P, respectively, of Kothagundem village, Chatarai mandal, Krishna district, the 3rd respondent has not acted upon his application till date.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

3. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application submitted in Form VI (A) on 06.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of May, 2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
