HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37238 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders in Case No.B/194/2015 in terms of the order dated 3.12.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.37840 of 2015.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that as the Tahsildar, Serilingampally failed to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, the petitioner filed W.P.No.37840 of 2015 before this Court, wherein this Court directed the said Tahsildar to fix a date of hearing and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Pursuant to the said order, the Deputy Collector and Tahsidlar, Sherlingampally Mandal issued notice on 5.12.2015 directing the petitioner to be present on 19.12.2015 at 3.00 p.m along with supporting documents. Consequently, the petitioner filed his objections on 26.3.2016, but the respondents are not passing any orders so far. Hence, the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even though the petitioners submitted his objections on 26.3.2016, no orders are being passed so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders in the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the Case No.B/194/2015, in terms of the order dated 3.12.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.37840 of 2015 after taking into consideration the objections dated 26.3.2016 filed by

the petitioner dated 26.3.2016, in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
