ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For all the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not granting fishing lease to the petitioner society for the fishing year 2011-2012 in respect of Pedda Cheruvu situated in Yadagiripalle and Appalamma Cheruvu situated in Miryalguda, Nalgonda District which are in the area of operation of the petitioner society as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional consequently direct the respondents to grant fishing lease to the petitioner society for the year 2011-2012 in respect of Pedda Cheruvu situated in Yadagiripalle and Appalamma Cheruvu situated in Miryalguda, Nalgonda District by receiving the lease amount forthwith."

At the hearing, Sri G.Sundaresan, learned counsel representing Sri P.Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of writ petition, interim order, dated 02.05.2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.16549 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 15th JULY, 2015.
