HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9317 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the impugned proceedings No.E1/258(6)/2012-GHZ, dated 15.03.2012 promoting the petitioner's colleagues from serial No.153 to 163 and promoting the petitioner's juniors from serial No.164 onwards, ignoring the petitioner's case for the post of ADC/Controller and not giving the 20 years of stagnation increment, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the APSRTC-1st respondent filed W.P.No.4456 of 2006 against the Award in I.D.No.132 of 2005 passed by the Labour Court, granting reinstatement of petitioner into service with continuity of service and with 50% back wages and the said writ petition was dismissed. He also submits that the petitioner filed W.P.No.

29218 of 2008 against the same Award and the same was allowed and consequent benefits were also given. He also submits that in pursuance to the same, the petitioner made representation dated 05.02.2014 in respect of stagnation increment and also promotion, which was not disputed by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2014 in terms of the order passed by this Court on 28.01.2016 in W.P.No.4456 of 2006 and W.P.No.29218 of 2008 and take action accordingly.

the interim order granted by this Court on 03.07.2012 shall stand continued.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
