ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to dispose of I.A.No.1180 of 2013 in I.A.No.265 of 2012 in O.S.No.63 of 1990.

After arguing the case, Mr. T.P. Acharya, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.6325 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
