HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37186 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 15.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application on 15.12.2016 to the respondents basing on the circular memo No.20776/ULC(i) 2012, dated 21.8.2012, no action has been taken so far.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to deal with the representation/application dated 15.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from today by giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
