Learned counsel for petitioners and unofficial respondents submitted that the parties entered into settlement outside the Court and to that effect, they filed I.A.No.1 of 2018.

Recording the above submission, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and consequently, the writ petition is closed in terms of the compromise entered into between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
