Heard.

The petitioner questions the endorsement of the 4th respondent, dated 03-102015, wherein her request for issuance of pattadar passbooks, after the death of her husband, was rejected for the reasons mentioned in the said endorsement. The petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of approaching the appellate/revisional authority against the said order and she is entitled to adjudicate all her contentions before such Authority.

In view of an efficacious alternative remedy, no reasons exist to entertain the writ petition.
