O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 14.02.2014 passed in W.P. No. 15657 of 2002, whereby, this Court, while allowing the writ petition, set aside the order dated 14.06.2002 passed in O.A.No. 80 of 2002 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad as well as the proceedings dated 11.12.2001 issued by the 1st respondent-Union of India in File No.C-14012/3/2001Adv.4023-27 and consequently directed the respondents to pay the petitioner the forfeited amount of 50% of gratuity and the withheld pension of 10% within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents, has submitted that in compliance with the order dated 14.02.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 15657 of 2002, the respondents issued proceedings No.PAO/CBEC/HYD/517430200075/14-15, dated 20.02.2015 clearly mentioning the details of revised

pension of the petitioner and payment of his relevant benefits, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

We have carefully perused the copy of the proceedings dated 20.02.2015 placed on record. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the closure of the Contempt Case, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
