Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for first respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent issued a tender notice on 08.05.2013 calling for tenders for construction of first phase of Muslim Maternity Hospital (Cellar) at Wakf Complex, Mahabubnagar. The said contract was allotted to the petitioner and a work order was issued on 25.05.2013. After successful completion of the work, only a part of the amount was paid to the petitioner leaving balance amount to be paid. In those circumstances, the petitioner submitted several representations followed by a notice through his counsel on 27.06.2015. When the balance amount was not released, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.11.2014, 02.12.2014 and 24.02.2015 and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
