There are no grounds to interfere with the interim order, dated 14.05.2015, in W.P.M.P.No.19026 of 2015 in W.P.No.14588 of 2015 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court as it only permits the first respondent to attend the classes of 1st year 2nd Semester of B.Tech. course. Therefore, the Writ Appeal is devoid of merit and it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, if the appellant is so advised, it can file an application to vacate the interim order, dated 14.05.2015 in W.P.M.P.No.19026 of 2015 in W.P.No.14588 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
