O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Show Cause Notice in Proceedings No.AP/SRO/PTC/6656/Recy/2016/858, dated 20.07.2016 and order of warrant of detention in civil prison vide Proceedings No.AP/SRO/PTC/6656/Recy/2016/1027 dated 05.08.2016 of the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and also in violation of Articles 14, 19(i)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the show cause notice dated 20.07.2016 and the order dated 05.08.2016 of warrant of detention in civil prison.." The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the Show Cause Notice dated 20.07.2016, the due amount to be paid is Rs.19,68,587/- and Sri R.R.

Prasad, son of the petitioner, has been detained in Civil Prison, Sanga Reddy, Medak District since 05.08.2016. He has further submitted that now the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount due to be paid by the detenue if her son is released from the civil prison.

Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction: "Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to release Mr. R.R.Prasad, son of the writ petitioner, from the Civil Prison, forthwith subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.19,68,587/- together with interest thereon, if any,

within a period of two months from the date of release of Mr.R.R.Prasad, failing which, this order shall stand automatically cancelled."

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
