HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 3 7 4 3 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that so far as II-Town Police Station, Vijayawada, is concerned, there is no complaint received from the petitioner herein. Insofar as Nrsipatnam Police Station is concerned, it is submitted that a complaint, dated 12.09.2018, sent by the petitioner herein was received by the 2nd respondent on 15.09.2018 and after receipt of the same, the same was entered in the General Diary on 14.09.2018. After enquiry, it is found that respondent No.2-Police has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the said complaint.

In view of the above instructions, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the other remedies open in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
