ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to modify the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5836 of 2025 in Crime No.869 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge for the Trial of Communal Offence Cases Cum VII Additional Sessions Judge Cum XXI Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad to the extent of directing the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Hyderabad District without prior permission of the investigating officer.

Heard Sri M. A. Mujeeb, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a political activist and is required to travel to different places in connection with his activities. Therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition by allowing this criminal petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.4 in the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5836 of 2025 in Crime No.869 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge for the Trial of Communal Offence Cases Cum VII Additional Sessions Judge Cum XXI Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, subject to the following conditions:

i.

The petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer once every fifteen days in a month and cooperate with the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation.

ii.

The petitioner shall intimate the concerned Court as well as the Investigating Officer in writing at least 48 hours prior to leaving the jurisdiction, specifying the place, purpose, and duration of travel.

iii.

The petitioner shall furnish her current residential address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer and shall inform any change thereof immediately. iv.

In the event of violation of any of the above conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of bail.

With the above relaxation, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
