Heard.

The petitioners seek relief similar to the petitioners in W.P.No.26226 of 2015, dated 21-08-2015. The petitioners claimed that they have houses bearing Door Nos.2-333, 2-246 and 2-329 in Sy.No.251/1 situated at Vedantapuram Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, and they have also obtained household cards, Aadhar cards, electricity connection etc. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions from the 4th respondent, states that the land claimed by the petitioners in the above said survey number is a water body and that respondents 3 and 4 would follow due process of law, if they intend to take any action against the petitioners. In view of the said categorical statement, following the order in W.P.No.26226 of 2015, dated 21-08-2015, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.

3 and 4 not to take any coercive action including demolition of houses or dispossession of the petitioners from their respective houses and if any such action is warranted against the petitioners, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall follow due process of law by issuing notices to the petitioners, give them opportunity of hearing, and after considering the same pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
